These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," "your") and Eventworld ("Eventworld," "Company," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the website located at eventworld.com, including any subdomains, mobile applications, and related services.

By accessing, browsing, or using the Site in any manner, including but not limited to visiting, browsing, registering an account, subscribing to notifications, or clicking on any affiliate links, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Cookie Policy, and our Disclaimer, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. Your continued use of the Site constitutes your ongoing acceptance of these Terms and any amendments thereto.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Site and refrain from accessing it in the future. We reserve the right to deny access to the Site to anyone, at any time, for any reason.

Eventworld is a FREE informational listing and event discovery platform. We aggregate and display information about concerts, sports events, festivals, and other live events ("Event Information") sourced from third-party ticketing platforms, data providers, and publicly available sources. Eventworld provides links to third-party ticket sellers ("Ticket Sellers") through affiliate or referral links ("Affiliate Links"). When you purchase a ticket through one of our Affiliate Links, we may receive a commission from the Ticket Seller.

Eventworld is not a ticket seller, box office, venue, promoter, or event organizer. We do not sell, resell, distribute, or broker any tickets. We do not guarantee the availability, price, or authenticity of any tickets. All ticket purchases are made directly through third-party Ticket Sellers, and all transactions are subject to the terms and conditions of those third-party platforms.

Prices shown on Eventworld exclude fees, delivery charges, or service charges unless explicitly stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change based on demand, availability, and the policies of the respective Ticket Sellers. We take no responsibility for any differences in price, or accuracy, displayed on our Site and those displayed on external Ticket Seller sites.

3. Informational Purposes and Accuracy of Materials

All content on the Site, including but not limited to event listings, dates, times, venues, performer information, prices, images, descriptions, and any other Event Information, is provided for general informational purposes only. Event Information is sourced automatically from third-party data providers and Ticket Sellers and is not independently verified, curated, moderated, or endorsed by Eventworld.

Our listings are provided purely for information purposes only. We are unable to verify the accuracy of data provided to us. You should check the event and artist details on the Ticket Sellers' site and on the official websites of the performers, venues, or organizers before making any purchasing decisions or taking any actions based on information displayed on our Site.

The Site may contain inaccuracies, typographical errors, outdated information, and clerical errors. Eventworld expressly disclaims any obligation to update the Site or any of the materials on the Site. Eventworld does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any materials, advice, opinion, statement, or other information displayed or distributed through the Site. You acknowledge that any reliance on such materials shall be at your sole risk.

Event details such as dates, times, venues, lineups, and pricing are subject to change without notice by the respective event organizers, performers, or Ticket Sellers. Eventworld shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated Event Information.

4. No Warranties; "As Is" Basis

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, MATERIALS, INFORMATION, SERVICES, AND PRODUCTS PROVIDED ON OR THROUGH THE SITE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO EVENT INFORMATION, LINKS, AND AFFILIATE LINKS, ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES, OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY;
• FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE;
• NON-INFRINGEMENT;
• TITLE;
• QUIET ENJOYMENT;
• ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR TIMELINESS OF CONTENT;
• UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION;
• FREEDOM FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

EVENTWORLD EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW. NO ORAL OR WRITTEN INFORMATION OR ADVICE GIVEN BY EVENTWORLD, ITS EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR REPRESENTATIVES SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY SET FORTH HEREIN.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL EVENTWORLD, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, PARTNERS, CONTRACTORS, LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, SUBCONTRACTORS, SUPPLIERS, INTERNS, OR SUCCESSORS (COLLECTIVELY, "EVENTWORLD PARTIES") BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR:

• ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES;
• ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR ANTICIPATED SAVINGS;
• ANY PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE;
• ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE OR ANY CONTENT THEREON;
• ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING FROM ANY TRANSACTIONS, PURCHASES, OR INTERACTIONS WITH THIRD PARTIES, INCLUDING TICKET SELLERS;
• ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING FROM RELIANCE ON EVENT INFORMATION DISPLAYED ON THE SITE;
• ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SERVERS OR ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION STORED THEREIN;
• ANY INTERRUPTION OR CESSATION OF TRANSMISSION TO OR FROM THE SITE;
• ANY BUGS, VIRUSES, TROJAN HORSES, OR THE LIKE THAT MAY BE TRANSMITTED TO OR THROUGH THE SITE;
• ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ANY CONTENT;

WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT EVENTWORLD HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN ANY EVENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF ALL EVENTWORLD PARTIES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS, THE SITE, OR YOUR USE THEREOF SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED UNITED STATES DOLLARS (USD $100.00).

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IF THESE LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE EXCLUSIONS OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY, AND YOU MAY HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS. IN SUCH CASES, EVENTWORLD'S LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

6. Affiliate Links and Third-Party Sites

The Site contains Affiliate Links and hyperlinks to third-party websites, platforms, and services, including Ticket Sellers, event organizers, performers, venues, and other third parties. These links are provided solely for your convenience and informational purposes.

Eventworld has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents, products, services, actions, policies, or practices of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement, approval, control, affiliation, or sponsorship by Eventworld of the linked site or any content, products, or services offered therein. Use of any linked site is entirely at your own risk, and we strongly advise you to make your own investigations with respect to the suitability of those sites, review their terms of service, and verify all information before making any purchases or providing any personal information.

Eventworld is not responsible for the products, services, actions, or failure to act of any Ticket Seller, venue, performer, promoter, event organizer, or any other third party in connection with or referenced on the Site. Any purchases you make through Affiliate Links are governed solely by the terms and conditions of the respective third-party platform.

Eventworld assumes no financial liability whatsoever for any purchases, transactions, or interactions you engage in with third parties through links found on this Site. It is your sole responsibility to verify all details, including but not limited to event accuracy, ticket authenticity, pricing, and terms, directly with the Ticket Seller or official sources before completing any purchase.

7. Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content (excluding User Content and third-party content), features, functionality, design, and layout are owned by Eventworld and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

All trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and visual content displayed on the Site belong to their respective owners. Eventworld creates no claim or credit for images featured on our Site unless otherwise noted. All trademarks belong to their respective owners, and all visual content is copyrighted to its respective owners. Images and media are used for the purposes of identification, promotion, and commentary of events and performers in accordance with fair use principles.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Site without prior written consent, except as permitted by applicable law.

8. User Accounts and Registration

Certain features of the Site may require you to register for an account. You may register using your email address or through third-party authentication services, including but not limited to Google, X.com (formerly Twitter), and Spotify. By registering through a third-party service, you authorize Eventworld to access certain information from your account with that service, as permitted by that service's terms and your privacy settings.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration;
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete;
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials;
• Accept all responsibility for all activities that occur under your account;
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Eventworld reserves the right to suspend, disable, or terminate your account at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability.

9.1 Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account at any time through the account settings page or by contacting us. Upon deletion, we will remove your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, subject to any legal obligations requiring us to retain certain information.

9. Acceptable Use and User Conduct

10.1 Permitted Use

You are authorized to use the Site solely for the following purposes:

• Viewing and browsing event listings and related information for personal, non-commercial purposes;
• Creating and managing a personal account;
• Following performers, artists, venues, and cities, and marking events as Interested;
• Receiving notifications about new events;
• Clicking through to third-party ticket seller websites to purchase tickets;
• Sharing event information through standard social sharing features provided on the Site.

10.2 Prohibited Conduct

You shall not, and shall not permit any third party to:

Data Collection and Scraping:

• Use any automated means, including but not limited to robots, spiders, scrapers, crawlers, data mining tools, APIs (unless explicitly authorized), or other automated software or technology, to access, index, scrape, harvest, collect, copy, or download any data, content, or information from the Site;
• Use the Site's data for training artificial intelligence, machine learning models, or similar technologies;
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Site or its content for commercial purposes without Eventworld's prior written consent;
• Create derivative databases or compilations from the Site's content;
• Frame, mirror, or incorporate any part of the Site into another website or application.

Security and System Integrity:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, other user accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Site;
• Introduce viruses, worms, Trojan horses, malware, or other harmful or destructive code;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site's infrastructure, servers, or networks;
• Perform any vulnerability scans, penetration tests, or security assessments on the Site without prior written authorization;
• Bypass, circumvent, or disable any security features, access controls, or content protection mechanisms;
• Overload, flood, or conduct denial-of-service attacks on the Site.

Content and Behavior:

• Upload, post, transmit, or share any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, hateful, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable;
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
• Create multiple accounts for deceptive or fraudulent purposes;
• Engage in spamming, phishing, or other unsolicited communications;
• Stalk, harass, bully, or intimidate other users;
• Post or transmit any content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of any third party;
• Collect or harvest any personally identifiable information from the Site.

Commercial Use:

• Use the Site for any commercial purpose without Eventworld's prior written consent, including but not limited to advertising, solicitation, or promotion of goods or services;
• Use the Site to compete with Eventworld or to develop a competing product or service;
• Sell, license, or commercially exploit access to the Site or its content;
• Use event listings or other Site content in advertising or marketing materials without permission.

Legal Compliance:

• Use the Site in any manner that violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation;
• Engage in any activity that constitutes or encourages criminal conduct or gives rise to civil liability;
• Use the Site to facilitate ticket scalping or unauthorized resale in jurisdictions where such activity is prohibited.

10.3 Enforcement

Eventworld reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to investigate any suspected violation, remove or restrict access to any content or functionality, suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time without prior notice, report any activity to law enforcement authorities, and pursue any available legal remedies including injunctive relief and monetary damages.

10. Following, Interested Events, and Notifications

The Site may allow you to follow performers, artists, teams, venues, cities, and other entities, mark specific events as Interested, and receive notifications when new events are listed for entities you follow or when there are updates regarding events you have marked as Interested. These features are provided for convenience only. Eventworld does not guarantee the completeness, timeliness, or accuracy of any notifications and shall not be liable for any failure to deliver notifications or for any inaccurate information contained therein.

11. Advertising

The Site may display third-party advertisements. Eventworld may receive compensation for displaying such advertisements. The presence of advertisements on the Site does not constitute an endorsement, guarantee, or recommendation by Eventworld of the advertiser or any products or services advertised. You interact with advertisers entirely at your own risk.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Eventworld and all Eventworld Parties from and against any and all claims, actions, proceedings, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and court costs) arising out of or relating to:

• Your access to or use of the Site;
• Your violation or alleged violation of these Terms;
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation;
• Your violation of any rights of any third party;
• Any content you submit or make available through the Site;
• Any transactions or interactions you have with third parties, including Ticket Sellers, through links on the Site.

This indemnification obligation shall survive the termination of these Terms and your use of the Site.

13. Mandatory Pre-Litigation Dispute Resolution

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.

Before initiating any legal proceeding, claim, or action against Eventworld or any Eventworld Parties arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or your use thereof ("Dispute"), you agree to first attempt to resolve the Dispute informally by contacting us at legal@eventworld.com with a written description of the Dispute, including relevant facts and your requested resolution.

You and Eventworld agree to negotiate in good faith for a period of at least sixty (60) calendar days from the date of receipt of the written notice ("Negotiation Period"). During the Negotiation Period, neither party shall initiate any legal proceeding with respect to the Dispute. If the Dispute is not resolved during the Negotiation Period, either party may then pursue the remedies available under applicable law, subject to the limitations set forth in these Terms.

Failure to comply with this mandatory pre-litigation dispute resolution procedure shall be grounds for dismissal of any legal proceeding without prejudice.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any Dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal proceedings arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts located in Kyiv, Ukraine, and you hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts. You waive any objection to such jurisdiction and venue, including on the basis of forum non conveniens.

The Site may be accessed from countries around the world. Eventworld makes no representation that the Site or its content are appropriate or available for use in any particular location. If you access the Site from outside Ukraine, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws.

15. Class Action Waiver

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU AND EVENTWORLD AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTES SHALL BE RESOLVED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS ONLY AND NOT AS A CLASS ACTION, COLLECTIVE ACTION, REPRESENTATIVE ACTION, OR PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION. YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

16. Statute of Limitations

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANY CLAIM OR CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SITE MUST BE FILED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER SUCH CLAIM OR CAUSE OF ACTION AROSE, OR IT SHALL BE FOREVER BARRED. THIS LIMITATION APPLIES REGARDLESS OF WHETHER THE CLAIM OR CAUSE OF ACTION IS BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER THEORY.

17. Modifications to Terms

Eventworld reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on the Site with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.

18. Modifications to the Site

Eventworld reserves the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or terminate the Site or any part thereof, temporarily or permanently, at any time, without notice or liability. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, discontinuation, or termination of the Site.

19. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach any provision of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity provisions, and limitations of liability.

20. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA)

Eventworld respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that any content on the Site infringes upon your copyright, please notify us by sending a written notice to legal@eventworld.com containing:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf;
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and its location on the Site;
• Your contact information;
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized;
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

21. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection, use, and protection of your personal information.

22. No Agency or Partnership

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to create any agency, partnership, joint venture, employment, or franchise relationship between you and Eventworld. You have no authority to bind Eventworld in any manner whatsoever.

23. Force Majeure

Eventworld shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemic, epidemic, natural disasters, power outages, internet failures, government actions, labor disputes, or any other force majeure event.

24. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and Eventworld with respect to the Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, agreements, and understandings, whether oral or written, with respect to the subject matter hereof.

25. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable, or if not possible, severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

26. Waiver

The failure of Eventworld to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by Eventworld to be effective.

27. Assignment

Eventworld may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, without restriction and without your consent. You may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms without Eventworld's prior written consent.

28. Electronic Communications

By using the Site and/or registering an account, you consent to receiving electronic communications from Eventworld, including but not limited to email notifications about new events for performers you follow, service announcements, and administrative messages. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

29. Age Requirements

The Site is not intended for children under the age of 16. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 16 years of age. If you are under 16, you must not use the Site.

30. Spotify Integration

The Site may offer integration with Spotify to enhance your experience, including the ability to import your music preferences. By connecting your Spotify account, you authorize Eventworld to access certain data from your Spotify account as permitted by Spotify's terms and your privacy settings. Eventworld is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Spotify AB. Your use of Spotify is subject to Spotify's own terms and conditions and privacy policy.

31. Release and Waiver

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you hereby release and forever discharge Eventworld and all Eventworld Parties from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your use of the Site or any content thereon;
• Any transactions with third-party Ticket Sellers or other third parties;
• Any Event Information displayed on the Site;
• Any disputes between you and any third party, including Ticket Sellers, event organizers, performers, or venues;
• Your attendance or non-attendance at any event listed on the Site.

IF YOU ARE A CALIFORNIA RESIDENT, YOU WAIVE CALIFORNIA CIVIL CODE SECTION 1542, WHICH SAYS: "A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS THAT THE CREDITOR OR RELEASING PARTY DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS OR HER FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE AND THAT, IF KNOWN BY HIM OR HER, WOULD HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS OR HER SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR OR RELEASED PARTY."

32. Third-Party Ticket Purchases — Sole Responsibility of Buyer

Eventworld is not involved in any ticket purchase transactions. All ticket purchases made through links on the Site are conducted exclusively between you and the third-party Ticket Seller. Eventworld:

• Does not guarantee the authenticity, validity, or accuracy of any tickets;
• Does not guarantee entry to any event;
• Does not process, handle, or store any payment information for ticket purchases;
• Does not provide refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for any tickets purchased through third-party sites;
• Is not responsible for any issues related to ticket delivery, seating, event changes, cancellations, or any other matter related to your purchase.

Any disputes regarding ticket purchases must be resolved directly with the respective Ticket Seller. Eventworld has no obligation to mediate, investigate, or resolve any such disputes.

33. Event Cancellations and Changes

Events listed on the Site may be cancelled, rescheduled, relocated, or modified by event organizers, venues, or performers at any time without notice. Eventworld is not responsible for notifying you of any such changes and shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or inconvenience resulting from event cancellations, reschedulings, or modifications.

34. No Endorsement
