IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE ("TERMS") CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE. BY ACCESSING OR USING EVENTWORLD.COM (THE "SITE," "WEBSITE," "SERVICE," OR "PLATFORM"), YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU MUST IMMEDIATELY STOP USING THE SITE AND LEAVE.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," "your") and Eventworld ("Eventworld," "Company," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the website located at eventworld.com, including any subdomains and related services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the Site in any manner, including but not limited to visiting, browsing, registering an account, subscribing to notifications, or clicking through to a Ticket Seller's site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. Your continued use of the Site constitutes your ongoing acceptance of these Terms and any amendments thereto.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Site and refrain from accessing it in the future. We reserve the right to deny access to the Site to anyone, at any time, for any reason.

2. Description of Service

Eventworld is a ticket search engine that is free to use. We help you discover concerts, sports events, festivals, and other live events, and find and compare ticket prices from multiple third-party ticket sellers ("Ticket Sellers") in one place. Information about events displayed on the Site ("Event Information") is sourced from Ticket Sellers, data providers, and publicly available sources. When you choose an offer, you complete your purchase on the Ticket Seller's site, and Eventworld may receive a commission from the Ticket Seller for purchases made through the Site.

Every ticket purchase is completed directly with the relevant Ticket Seller, and your purchase contract is formed solely between you and that Ticket Seller and is governed by the Ticket Seller's terms and conditions. Eventworld does not guarantee the availability, price, or authenticity of any tickets offered by Ticket Sellers.

Prices shown on Eventworld exclude fees, delivery charges, or service charges unless explicitly stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change based on demand, availability, and the policies of the respective Ticket Sellers. We take no responsibility for any differences in price, or accuracy, displayed on our Site and those displayed on external Ticket Seller sites.

3. Event Information and Accuracy

All content on the Site, including but not limited to event listings, dates, times, venues, performer information, prices, images, and descriptions, is provided for general informational purposes only. Event Information is sourced from third-party data providers and Ticket Sellers; while we work to keep listings accurate and up to date, we cannot guarantee that every detail is correct at all times, and the Site may contain inaccuracies, typographical errors, or outdated information. Eventworld expressly disclaims any obligation to update the Site, and any reliance on Event Information is at your sole risk.

You should check the event and artist details on the Ticket Sellers' site and on the official websites of the performers, venues, or organizers before making any purchasing decisions or taking any actions based on information displayed on our Site.

Events listed on the Site may be cancelled, rescheduled, relocated, or modified by event organizers, venues, performers, or Ticket Sellers at any time without notice. Eventworld is not responsible for notifying you of any such changes and shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or inconvenience resulting from event cancellations, reschedulings, modifications, or from inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated Event Information.

The listing of any event, performer, venue, Ticket Seller, or other third party on the Site does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee by Eventworld. Eventworld does not verify the quality, safety, legality, or suitability of any event, venue, performer, or Ticket Seller listed on the Site.

3.1 Derived and Historical Information

Some information on the Site is not obtained directly from a third party but is derived by us from the data available to us. Examples include ticket price history and price trends, price ranges for past events, "starting from" prices, event counts, and statements about when a performer or team last appeared at a venue, in a city, or in a competition. Any such statement describes only what our own records contain for the events, performers, venues, and Ticket Sellers we list, and only for the periods during which we collected data. It is not a complete or authoritative record, and it does not account for events, appearances, or ticket offers that we do not or did not list.

Ticket price information shown over time, including charts, trends, highs, lows, and comparisons with earlier periods, reflects the lowest publicly listed asking prices we observed from the Ticket Sellers we cover, at the times we checked. Such prices exclude fees, delivery charges, and service charges, and are converted into other currencies at exchange rates applicable at the time of each observation. They do not reflect prices actually paid, face value, resale market value, prices from Ticket Sellers we do not cover, or the price of any specific seat, section, or ticket type. Individual observations may be missing, delayed, or incomplete.

Price history and price trends are provided for informational purposes only. They are not a forecast, recommendation, or advice to buy or to refrain from buying at any particular time, and past price movements do not indicate future prices.

4. No Warranties; "As Is" Basis

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, MATERIALS, INFORMATION, SERVICES, AND PRODUCTS PROVIDED ON OR THROUGH THE SITE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO EVENT INFORMATION AND LINKS, ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES, OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, TITLE, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR TIMELINESS OF CONTENT, UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION, OR FREEDOM FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SITE WILL BE AVAILABLE AT ALL TIMES OR FREE FROM ERRORS, DEFECTS, OR INTERRUPTIONS.

EVENTWORLD EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW. NO ORAL OR WRITTEN INFORMATION OR ADVICE GIVEN BY EVENTWORLD, ITS EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR REPRESENTATIVES SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY SET FORTH HEREIN. NOTHING ON THE SITE CONSTITUTES PROFESSIONAL, FINANCIAL, OR LEGAL ADVICE.

5. Limitation of Liability and Release

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL EVENTWORLD, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, PARTNERS, CONTRACTORS, LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, SUBCONTRACTORS, SUPPLIERS, OR SUCCESSORS (COLLECTIVELY, "EVENTWORLD PARTIES") BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES; ANY PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE; OR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE; FROM ANY TRANSACTIONS, PURCHASES, OR INTERACTIONS WITH THIRD PARTIES, INCLUDING TICKET SELLERS; FROM RELIANCE ON EVENT INFORMATION DISPLAYED ON THE SITE; FROM ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OUR SERVERS OR ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION STORED THEREIN; FROM ANY INTERRUPTION OF TRANSMISSION TO OR FROM THE SITE; FROM ANY BUGS, VIRUSES, OR THE LIKE THAT MAY BE TRANSMITTED THROUGH THE SITE; OR FROM ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ANY CONTENT — WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT EVENTWORLD HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN ANY EVENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF ALL EVENTWORLD PARTIES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS, THE SITE, OR YOUR USE THEREOF SHALL NOT EXCEED FIFTY UNITED STATES DOLLARS (USD $50.00).

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you hereby release and forever discharge the Eventworld Parties from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses of every kind and nature, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Site, any transactions with Ticket Sellers or other third parties, any Event Information displayed on the Site, any disputes between you and any third party, or your attendance or non-attendance at any event listed on the Site.

IF YOU ARE A CALIFORNIA RESIDENT, YOU WAIVE CALIFORNIA CIVIL CODE SECTION 1542, WHICH SAYS: "A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS THAT THE CREDITOR OR RELEASING PARTY DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS OR HER FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE AND THAT, IF KNOWN BY HIM OR HER, WOULD HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS OR HER SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR OR RELEASED PARTY."

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IF THESE LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE EXCLUSIONS OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY, AND YOU MAY HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS. IN SUCH CASES, EVENTWORLD'S LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

6. Ticket Sellers and Third-Party Sites

The Site contains links to third-party websites, platforms, and services, including Ticket Sellers, event organizers, performers, venues, and other third parties. These links are provided solely for your convenience. Eventworld has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents, products, services, actions, policies, or practices of any linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement, approval, control, affiliation, or sponsorship by Eventworld of the linked site. Use of any linked site is entirely at your own risk, and we advise you to review its terms of service and verify all information before making any purchases or providing any personal information.

Eventworld is not involved in any ticket purchase transactions. All ticket purchases made through links on the Site are conducted exclusively between you and the third-party Ticket Seller. Eventworld does not process, handle, or store any payment information for ticket purchases; does not provide refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for tickets purchased through third-party sites; does not guarantee entry to any event; and is not responsible for any issues related to ticket delivery, seating, event changes, cancellations, or any other matter related to your purchase. Any disputes regarding ticket purchases must be resolved directly with the respective Ticket Seller, and Eventworld has no obligation to mediate, investigate, or resolve any such disputes.

Eventworld assumes no financial liability whatsoever for any purchases, transactions, or interactions you engage in with third parties through links found on this Site. It is your sole responsibility to verify all details, including but not limited to event accuracy, ticket authenticity, pricing, and terms, directly with the Ticket Seller or official sources before completing any purchase.

The Site is accessible worldwide, but certain events, Ticket Sellers, or services may be subject to local laws and regulations. Eventworld does not guarantee that tickets purchased through links on the Site comply with local laws or venue-specific ticket policies. It is your responsibility to verify the legality and validity of any ticket purchase in your jurisdiction.

7. Intellectual Property and Copyright Complaints

The Site and its original content (excluding User Content and third-party content), features, functionality, design, and layout are owned by Eventworld and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Site without prior written consent, except as permitted by applicable law.

All trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and visual content displayed on the Site belong to their respective owners, and their display does not imply any affiliation with, endorsement by, or sponsorship from those owners. Eventworld creates no claim or credit for images featured on our Site unless otherwise noted. Images and media are used for the purposes of identification, promotion, and commentary of events and performers in accordance with fair use principles. If you are the owner of any visual content displayed on the Site and wish to have it removed or properly credited, please contact us at legal@eventworld.com.

Eventworld respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that any content on the Site infringes upon your copyright, please notify us at legal@eventworld.com with a written notice containing: a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf; identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed; identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location on the Site; your contact information; a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

If you believe that content you posted was removed as a result of a mistaken or misidentified takedown notice, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address. Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complaining party and may restore the removed content within 10–14 business days, unless the copyright owner files a court action against you.

8. User Accounts

Certain features of the Site may require you to register for an account. You may register using your email address or through Google. By registering through Google, you authorize Eventworld to access certain information from your Google account, as permitted by Google's terms and your privacy settings.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it up to date; to maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials; to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account; and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Eventworld reserves the right to suspend, disable, or terminate your account at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability.

You may request deletion of your account at any time through the account settings page or by contacting us. Upon deletion, we will remove your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, subject to any legal obligations requiring us to retain certain information.

By using the Site and/or registering an account, you consent to receiving electronic communications from Eventworld, including email notifications about new events for performers you follow, service announcements, and administrative messages. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

The Site is not intended for children under the age of 16. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 16 years of age.

9. Acceptable Use

9.1 Permitted Use

You are authorized to use the Site solely for: viewing and browsing event listings and related information for personal, non-commercial purposes; creating and managing a personal account; following performers, artists, venues, and cities, and marking events as Interested; receiving notifications about new events; clicking through to third-party Ticket Seller websites to purchase tickets; and sharing event information through the standard sharing features provided on the Site.

9.3 Enforcement

Eventworld reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to investigate any suspected violation, remove or restrict access to any content or functionality, suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time without prior notice, report any activity to law enforcement authorities, and pursue any available legal remedies. You agree that monetary damages may not provide a sufficient remedy to Eventworld for violations of these Terms, and you consent to injunctive or other equitable relief for such violations without the requirement of posting any bond or proving actual damages.

10. Following, Interested Events, and Notifications

The Site may allow you to follow performers, artists, teams, venues, cities, and other entities, mark specific events as Interested, and receive notifications when new events are listed for entities you follow or when there are updates regarding events you have marked as Interested. These features are provided for convenience only. Eventworld does not guarantee the completeness, timeliness, or accuracy of any notifications and shall not be liable for any failure to deliver notifications or for any inaccurate information contained therein.

11. Page Management

11.1 How pages are created. Pages for performers, artists, teams, venues, series, and competitions on the Site are compiled automatically by Eventworld from publicly available sources and from data supplied by Ticket Sellers and data providers. Such a page is created and maintained by us for informational purposes. Its existence does not imply any affiliation with, endorsement by, sponsorship from, or authorization by the person, team, venue, or organization it describes.

11.2 Requesting management access. Official representatives of a performer, team, venue, or event organizer may request access to manage the relevant page by contacting us at legal@eventworld.com. The Site does not offer a self-service claim function, and access is granted only after we complete the verification described below. We may decline any request at our sole discretion and are under no obligation to grant access.

11.3 Verification. To verify a request we normally require the requester to demonstrate control of an email address on the official internet domain of the performer, team, venue, or organization concerned, by using a one-time access link we send to that address. Where that is not possible, we may accept other evidence of authority at our sole discretion, including verification through an official website under the requester's control, or written confirmation from the rights holder. We may request further evidence at any time and may treat a failure to provide it as grounds for revocation.

11.4 Scope of management. A verified representative ("Manager") may submit or edit only the elements of a page that we make available for management, which may include the main image, the biography or description, official website and social media links, categories and genres, upcoming event listings, official ticket links, and requests to hide a listing in accordance with our rules. All other elements of the Site, including Event Information supplied by Ticket Sellers, prices, and the ranking, ordering, and presentation of any content, remain under our sole control.

11.5 Content licence. By submitting any text, image, link, or other material through the management process ("Manager Content"), you grant Eventworld a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable licence to host, store, reproduce, publish, display, and distribute that material on the Site and in the Site's promotional and search listings; to edit, crop, resize, re-encode, translate, and otherwise adapt it for format, layout, and technical delivery; and to remove it at any time. This licence continues for as long as the material remains on the Site or in our backups and archives.

11.6 Warranty of authority and rights. You represent and warrant that you are duly authorized to act on behalf of the performer, team, venue, or organization concerned; that you own or hold all rights, licences, and permissions necessary to grant the licence in Section 11.5, including any rights of photographers, image agencies, and persons depicted; and that Manager Content is accurate, is not misleading, and does not infringe the rights of any third party or violate any applicable law. Section 12 (Indemnification) applies to Manager Content in full.

11.7 Revocation and reversal. We may suspend or revoke management access, reverse any edit, and restore automatically compiled content at any time, without prior notice and without liability, including where authority is disputed, where evidence of authority is not maintained, where content breaches these Terms, or where an account is inactive.

11.8 Ticket listings. Official ticket links submitted by a Manager may be displayed alongside listings from Ticket Sellers, and we decide in our sole discretion which listings appear, in what order, and whether an official link is shown. Nothing in this Section obliges us to display, remove, or prioritize any listing.

11.9 No fee and no service level. Management access is provided free of charge and on an "as is" basis. We make no commitment as to response times, availability of the management process, retention of any submitted material, or continuation of the process, and we may modify or discontinue it at any time.

11.10 Removal requests. Requests to correct, remove, or take down content on a page, including intellectual property complaints, may be sent to legal@eventworld.com. Section 7 (Intellectual Property and Copyright Complaints) governs copyright notices.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Eventworld and all Eventworld Parties from and against any and all claims, actions, proceedings, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and court costs) arising out of or relating to: your access to or use of the Site; your violation or alleged violation of these Terms or of any applicable law or regulation; your violation of any rights of any third party; any content you submit or make available through the Site; or any transactions or interactions you have with third parties, including Ticket Sellers, through links on the Site. This indemnification obligation shall survive the termination of these Terms and your use of the Site.

13. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.

Before initiating any legal proceeding, claim, or action against Eventworld or any Eventworld Parties arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or your use thereof ("Dispute"), you agree to first attempt to resolve the Dispute informally by contacting us at legal@eventworld.com with a written description of the Dispute, including relevant facts and your requested resolution. You and Eventworld agree to negotiate in good faith for a period of at least sixty (60) calendar days from the date of receipt of the written notice, during which neither party shall initiate any legal proceeding with respect to the Dispute. Failure to comply with this mandatory pre-litigation procedure shall be grounds for dismissal of any legal proceeding without prejudice.

These Terms and any Dispute shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts located in Kyiv, Ukraine, and you hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts and waive any objection thereto, including on the basis of forum non conveniens. If you access the Site from outside Ukraine, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: (A) ANY DISPUTES SHALL BE RESOLVED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS ONLY, AND YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING; AND (B) ANY CLAIM OR CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SITE MUST BE FILED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER SUCH CLAIM OR CAUSE OF ACTION AROSE, OR IT SHALL BE FOREVER BARRED.

14. Changes and Termination

Eventworld reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on the Site with an updated "Last Updated" date, and your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Eventworld also reserves the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or terminate the Site or any part thereof, temporarily or permanently, at any time, without notice or liability, and may terminate or suspend your access to the Site immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity provisions, and limitations of liability.

15. General Provisions

Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Eventworld with respect to the Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and agreements with respect to the subject matter hereof.

No Agency. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to create any agency, partnership, joint venture, employment, or franchise relationship between you and Eventworld. You have no authority to bind Eventworld in any manner whatsoever.

Force Majeure. Eventworld shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemic, natural disasters, power or internet failures, government actions, or labor disputes.

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, it shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if not possible, severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Waiver. The failure of Eventworld to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by Eventworld to be effective.

Assignment. Eventworld may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, without restriction and without your consent, including in the event of a sale or integration of the business, in which case your details and account information may be passed on to the new owners in accordance with applicable law. You may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms without Eventworld's prior written consent.

Headings. The section titles and headings in these Terms are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual significance.
