About Aly & Fila

Aly & Fila are an Egyptian trance duo formed in Cairo in 1999 by Aly Amr Fathalah and Fadi Wassef Naguib. Their melodic, uplifting trance is represented by tracks including “Eye of Horus” and “We Control the Sunlight,” as well as the albums Rising Sun and Quiet Storm. They also established the Future Sound of Egypt radio show and record label.

In 2015, Aly & Fila performed at the Great Pyramids of Giza for the 400th episode celebration of Future Sound of Egypt. Their festival history also includes performances at Tomorrowland in Boom and A State of Trance events in Utrecht.
