Brothers Moving are a Danish folk and blues band formed in 2008 by four brothers. Their acoustic sound is built around guitars, upright bass, percussion and group vocals. Their original catalog includes “Muddy Hands” and “Can’t Deny,” as well as the albums Brothers Moving and Autonomy. The group began performing on streets and in subway stations in New York City, using a compact acoustic setup suited to busking. Their rendition of Cab Calloway’s “Minnie the Moocher” circulated widely online after a street performance was filmed at Union Square.
