Calibre 50 in Pachuca

Calibre 50 is a Mexican regional music group formed in Mazatlán, Sinaloa, in 2010 by singer, songwriter and accordionist Edén Muñoz and guitarist Armando Ramos. Its norteño-banda sound became known through songs including “El tierno se fue,” “A la antigüita” and “Siempre te voy a querer,” as well as albums such as Renovar o morir and De Sinaloa para el mundo. Calibre 50 toured extensively in Mexico and the United States, performing its corridos, rancheras and romantic songs in palenques, theatres and arenas. The group also headlined Auditorio Nacional in Mexico City, a major concert for the lineup that followed Muñoz’s departure.
