Connie Kaldor in Saint Cloud

Connie Kaldor is a Canadian folk singer-songwriter, born in Regina in 1953 and closely associated with the musical life of the Prairies. Her best-known work includes the song “Wood River” and the albums Moonlight Grocery and Wood River. In the late 1970s, Connie Kaldor toured as a member of the folk group Stringband before establishing a solo career. She went on to perform in folk clubs, theatres and festivals across Canada and the United States, including the Winnipeg Folk Festival.
