About Criminal
Criminal is a Chilean death-thrash metal band formed in Santiago in 1991 by guitarist and vocalist Anton Reisenegger and guitarist Rodrigo Contreras. The band established its sound on albums including Victimized, Dead Soul and Sicario, combining thrash-metal riffing with the weight and harsh vocals of death metal.
Criminal played its first concert opening for Kreator in 1992 and later appeared at Dynamo Open Air in the Netherlands. After Reisenegger rebuilt the lineup in the United Kingdom, the band returned to European stages and performed at Wacken Open Air.
