Daniel Caesar in Brussels

Daniel Caesar is a Canadian R&B and soul singer-songwriter, born in Scarborough, Toronto, in 1995 and raised in Oshawa. His early EPs Praise Break and Pilgrim’s Paradise preceded the debut album Freudian, which includes “Get You” and the H.E.R. duet “Best Part.” The latter won the Grammy Award for Best R&B Performance, while “Japanese Denim” and the albums Case Study 01 and Never Enough are also central to his catalogue. The Freudian Tour included five sold-out shows at Toronto’s Danforth Music Hall in 2017. Daniel Caesar performed at Coachella in 2018 and returned to the festival in 2022, before taking Never Enough on the Superpowers World Tour in 2023. That tour reached arenas including New York’s Madison Square Garden.
