About Demir Demirkan
Demir Demirkan is a Turkish singer, guitarist, songwriter and producer, born in Adana in 1972. His work spans Turkish-language rock, hard-rock guitar and Anatolian motifs, both as a solo artist and as a former member of Pentagram. His recordings include the albums Demirkan and Dünya Benim, while his songwriting credits include Sertab Erener’s Eurovision-winning song “Everyway That I Can.”
Demir Demirkan performs his solo catalogue as a singer and guitarist backed by a rock band. He has also returned to the stage with former bandmates, joining Pentagram’s 30th-anniversary concert at Zorlu PSM in Istanbul.
