Drop Dead, Gorgeous in Denver

Drop Dead, Gorgeous is an American post-hardcore band formed in Denver in 2004. Their music combines screamed and clean vocals, metalcore guitar work and prominent keyboards. They are known for “Dressed for Friend Requests” and the albums In Vogue, Worse Than a Fairy Tale and The Hot N’ Heavy. Drop Dead, Gorgeous played the Vans Warped Tour while taking their early records around the United States. They later brought their third album to clubs on the Hot N’ Heavy Tour, which also featured He Is Legend and Before Their Eyes.

Jamie’s Elsewhere is an American post-hardcore band formed in Sacramento, California, in 2005. Electronic textures and alternating clean and screamed vocals shaped its sound on Guidebook for Sinners, They Said a Storm Was Coming and Rebel-Revive; “Giants Among Common Men” and “Antithesis” are among its best-known songs. During its Victory Records years, Jamie’s Elsewhere toured American clubs behind Guidebook for Sinners and They Said a Storm Was Coming. After a lengthy absence from live performance, the band returned for reunion shows built around material recorded with vocalist Aaron Pauley.
