Electric Wizard are a British doom-metal band formed in Wimborne, Dorset, in 1993. Their slow, heavily distorted sound is established on albums including Come My Fanatics... and Dopethrone, whose best-known tracks include “Funeralopolis.” At Roadburn Festival in 2011, Electric Wizard performed Dopethrone in full. Later festival appearances included Hellfest in Clisson and Desertfest in London.
