Fally Ipupa in Brussels

Fally Ipupa is a Congolese singer, songwriter and dancer, born in Kinshasa in 1977. He performs Congolese rumba, ndombolo and African pop, and first became widely known as a member of Koffi Olomide’s Quartier Latin International. His solo catalogue began with the album Droit Chemin and includes Tokooos, Control and Formule 7, as well as songs such as “Eloko Oyo” and “Un coup.” Fally Ipupa performed at the Olympia in 2007, establishing an early solo presence in major French concert halls. He later played the Accor Arena in 2020, followed by a stadium concert at Stade des Martyrs in Kinshasa in 2022. In 2023, he headlined Paris La Défense Arena.
