Artist
Fruition is an American roots-rock band formed in Portland, Oregon, in 2008. Folk and bluegrass instrumentation, soul-inflected vocals and jam-band improvisation shape records including Labor of Love, Watching It All Fall Apart and How to Make Mistakes. Fruition played repeated U.S. club runs and appeared at Northwest String Summit and Telluride Bluegrass Festival. Concerts opening for Jack Johnson brought the group to amphitheatre audiences, while its wider live history includes Bonnaroo and Red Rocks Amphitheatre. The group performs as a full band: Jay Cobb Anderson and Kellen Asebroek play guitar, Mimi Naja plays mandolin and guitar, and all three take lead vocals alongside bass and drums.
