Georgette Jones in Mitchell

Georgette Jones is an American country singer-songwriter, born in 1970 and the daughter of George Jones and Tammy Wynette. Her recordings include the album Slightly Used Woman and “You and Me and Time,” a duet with her father released on his album Burn Your Playhouse Down. She began performing with her parents as a child and later worked on the road as a backing vocalist for her mother. Her solo shows have drawn on her own traditional-country material and songs connected to George Jones and Tammy Wynette.
