Graveyard & Blues Pills in Gothenburg

Graveyard are a Swedish rock band formed in Gothenburg in 2006. They play blues-rooted hard rock with psychedelic elements and are known for albums including Hisingen Blues, Lights Out and Innocence & Decadence, as well as songs such as “Hisingen Blues” and “Uncomfortably Numb.” Live at Pustervik documents a hometown concert by the band and its guitar-led live format. Graveyard have also carried that material onto major European festival stages, including Roadburn in Tilburg and Hellfest in Clisson.

Blues Pills are a Swedish rock band formed in Örebro in 2011. Led by singer Elin Larsson, they play blues-rooted hard rock and psychedelic rock. Their self-titled debut and songs such as “High Class Woman” and “Devil Man” brought them a wider audience, followed by the albums Lady in Gold, Holy Moly! and Birthday. The band’s 2014 performance at Freak Valley Festival was recorded and released as Blues Pills Live. They followed their second album with the Lady in Gold Tour in 2016, then opened selected European dates for Deep Purple on The Long Goodbye Tour. Blues Pills have played frequently in Germany and have returned for concerts in the United Kingdom and Sweden.
