Gregor Meyle in Leipzig

Gregor Meyle is a German singer-songwriter and guitarist, born in Backnang in 1978. He became known as the runner-up on Stefan Raab’s television competition SSDSDSSWEMUGABRTLAD and later appeared in the first season of Sing meinen Song: Das Tauschkonzert. His catalogue includes the songs “Niemand” and “Keine ist wie du” and the albums New York – Stintino and Meile für Meyle. The televised rounds of SSDSDSSWEMUGABRTLAD provided Meyle’s first widely seen performances, followed by regular concert touring. His 2014 performances on Sing meinen Song introduced his interpretations of other writers’ material, which joined his own songs in subsequent theatre and open-air concerts. These shows are presented as Gregor Meyle & Band, centered on his singing and acoustic guitar.
