Hattler is a German band formed in Ulm in 2000 by bassist Hellmut Hattler, known for his work with Kraan and Tab Two. The group plays bass-led electronic jazz, funk and pop, represented on albums including No Eats Yes, Mallberry Moon and The Big Flow. The concert release Live Cuts documented the group onstage during its first decade. Its long-running live lineup has centered on Hellmut Hattler’s electric bass and Fola Dada’s vocals, joined by guitarist Torsten de Winkel and drummer Oli Rubow.
