InMe in Newcastle upon Tyne

InMe are a British alternative-rock band formed in Brentwood, Essex, in 1996. Led by singer and guitarist Dave McPherson, they became known through the album Overgrown Eden and songs including “Underdose,” “Firefly” and “Crushed Like Fruit,” followed by White Butterfly and “Faster the Chase.” InMe performed at Ozzfest at Donington Park in 2002, then returned to the site for Download Festival in 2003. In 2023, the band marked the twentieth anniversary of Overgrown Eden on a UK headline tour that included London.
