About IU
IU is a South Korean singer-songwriter and actress, born Lee Ji-eun in 1993, whose music ranges across pop and Korean ballads. She made her recording debut in 2008, and the 2010 single “Good Day” became one of her signature songs. Her catalogue also includes “Through the Night,” “Palette” and “Lilac.”
Her first concert tour, Real Fantasy, took place in 2012. She later toured Asia with Dlwlrma in 2018 and Love, Poem in 2019, then staged The Golden Hour at Jamsil Olympic Stadium in 2022. The H.E.R. World Tour reached Asia, Europe and North America in 2024 before encore concerts at Seoul World Cup Stadium.
Jakarta and Manila each hosted IU on more than one Asian tour. She also performed arena concerts in Taipei.
