About Javiera Mena
Javiera Mena is a Chilean singer-songwriter and producer, born in Santiago in 1983, who makes Spanish-language electropop and synthpop. Her debut album, Esquemas juveniles, introduced the electronic songwriting that she developed on Mena and Otra era; her best-known songs include “Luz de piedra de luna,” “Espada” and “Otra era.”
In 2011, she performed at Lollapalooza Chile and Primavera Sound in Barcelona. Five years later, she brought her catalogue to the televised stage of the Festival Internacional de la Canción de Viña del Mar.
