JO1 is an 11-member Japanese boy group formed through the 2019 audition series Produce 101 Japan. They debuted in 2020 with the single “Protostar” and perform dance-focused J-pop heard on songs including “Infinity,” “Born To Be Wild” and “SuperCali,” as well as the albums The Star, Kizuna and Equinox. In 2021, JO1 held their first in-person solo concert, Open the Door, at Makuhari Messe. Their first arena tour, Kizuna, followed in 2022, while the 2023 Beyond the Dark tour led to their first dome concerts at Kyocera Dome Osaka. JO1 play most of their concerts in Japan and have also taken their own shows to Indonesia, Thailand and Taiwan.
