John Brown's Body in Beverly

John Brown's Body is an American reggae band formed in 1995 around musicians from Ithaca, New York, and Boston. Its music draws on roots reggae and dub, and the group is known for albums including Among Them, Pressure Points, Amplify and Kings and Queens. John Brown's Body has toured extensively across the United States, performing in clubs and theatres as a full band with a horn section. The group has appeared at Bonnaroo and Gathering of the Vibes; it has also played the Sierra Nevada World Music Festival.
