Kabaka Pyramid in Santa Cruz

Kabaka Pyramid is a Jamaican reggae singer, rapper and songwriter from Kingston whose music pairs roots-reggae rhythms with a hip-hop-influenced vocal style. His catalogue includes the songs “Well Done” and “Can’t Breathe,” the Damian Marley-produced album Kontraband, and The Kalling, which won the Grammy Award for Best Reggae Album. Kabaka Pyramid tours internationally with his band, The Bebble Rockers. He has brought that full-band format to Rototom Sunsplash in Benicàssim, Summerjam in Cologne and Reggae Sumfest in Montego Bay.
