Kuba Badach in Wroclaw

Kuba Badach is a Polish singer, composer, arranger and producer, born in Krasnystaw in 1976. He studied jazz vocals at the Academy of Music in Katowice and works across pop, pop-rock, funk and jazz. He co-founded Poluzjanci in 1995, joined The Globetrotters in 1999 and later released solo albums including Tribute to Andrzej Zaucha. Obecny and Oldschool. He received the Fryderyk award for vocalist of the year in 2011 and 2012. With The Globetrotters, he performed at Hungary’s Bojo Jazz Festival and the Kuwait Jazz Festival. The group’s other appearances included World Etno Fest in Slovakia and Kraków’s Summer Jazz Festival.
