Las Pastillas del Abuelo in Santiago del Estero

Las Pastillas del Abuelo are an Argentine rock band formed in Buenos Aires in 2002. Led by singer and songwriter Juan Germán Fernández, known as Piti, they play lyric-driven rock shaped by Río de la Plata rhythms. Their best-known songs include “El Sensei,” “Tantas escaleras” and “Rompecabezas de amor,” while Crisis, Desafíos and Paradojas are central albums in their catalogue. Las Pastillas del Abuelo have headlined Luna Park on multiple occasions. A later stadium concert was documented on Vivo de Pastillas: Locura y realidad, a live release drawn from their performance at Estadio Ferrocarril Oeste.
