Lucy Beaumont in Basingstoke

Lucy Beaumont is a British stand-up comedian, actor and writer from Hull. She is known for creating and starring in the BBC Radio 4 sitcom To Hull and Back, and for writing and appearing with Jon Richardson in the television comedy Meet the Richardsons. Her television work also includes Hullraisers and Taskmaster. In 2014, her debut solo show We Can Twerk It Out earned a Best Newcomer nomination at the Edinburgh Comedy Awards. She returned to the Edinburgh Festival Fringe with Space Mam in 2019, then brought her observations about marriage, parenthood and family life to theatres around the UK on The Trouble and Strife.
