Max Uthoff in Tübingen

Max Uthoff is a German political cabaret performer and trained lawyer, born in Munich in 1967. He became widely known through ZDF’s satirical programme Die Anstalt, which he began co-hosting with Claus von Wagner in 2014. His first solo cabaret programme, Sie befinden sich hier, debuted in 2006. He later performed as part of the ensemble at the Münchner Lach- und Schießgesellschaft, then toured theatres with solo programmes including Oben bleiben, Gegendarstellung and Moskauer Hunde. His subsequent stage work includes Alles im Wunderland.
