Malika Ayane is an Italian singer-songwriter, born in Milan in 1984, whose music centres on polished pop and an expressive contralto voice. Her self-titled debut introduced songs including “Feeling Better” and “Come foglie”; later releases include the albums Grovigli, Ricreazione and Naif, and the singles “Tre cose” and “Senza fare sul serio.” She has also returned repeatedly to the Sanremo Music Festival. The Grovigli Tour followed her second album in 2010, beginning a sequence of theatre and festival dates tied to successive records. She later mounted the Ricreazione Tour and the Naif Tour, bringing their respective albums to stages around Italy. In 2018, she presented Domino in both theatre and club settings on the Domino Tour.
