Artists
Motion City Soundtrack is an American rock band formed in Minneapolis in 1997. Their pop-punk and emo songs pair guitars with prominent Moog synthesizer parts; key releases include the albums I Am the Movie and Commit This to Memory, and the songs “The Future Freaks Me Out” and “Everything Is Alright.” Motion City Soundtrack performed on several editions of the Vans Warped Tour during the band’s initial run. The 2016 So Long, Farewell tour ended at the Metro in Chicago, but the group returned to the road in 2020 for the Don't Call It a Comeback tour.
Bayside is an American punk and alternative rock band formed in Queens, New York, in 2000. The group is known for albums including Bayside, The Walking Wounded and Killing Time, as well as songs such as “Devotion and Desire,” “Duality” and “Sick, Sick, Sick.” In 2005, a touring van crash killed drummer John “Beatz” Holohan, and the surviving members performed acoustic sets on the Never Sleep Again Tour in his memory. Bayside later made repeated appearances on the Warped Tour and marked its two-decade history with an anniversary run billed as the 21 Years of Really Bad Luck Tour.
