Artist
Orchestral Manoeuvres In The Dark are an English electronic band formed in the Wirral in 1978 by Andy McCluskey and Paul Humphreys. Their catalogue includes the albums Architecture & Morality and Dazzle Ships, as well as songs such as “Electricity,” “Enola Gay,” “Souvenir,” “Maid of Orleans” and “If You Leave.” In 1979, they supported Gary Numan on The Touring Principle tour. After reuniting, the classic lineup returned to touring in 2007 and performed Architecture & Morality in full. At Royal Albert Hall in 2016, the band played that record and Dazzle Ships in full, and the concert was released as a live album. Orchestral Manoeuvres In The Dark have played extensively in Britain and have repeatedly toured Germany and the United States.
