Paul Dempsey in Adelaide

Paul Dempsey is an Australian singer-songwriter and guitarist, born in Melbourne in 1976. He is best known as the lead singer and principal songwriter of Something for Kate, while his solo work includes the albums Everything Is True and Strange Loop, and songs such as “Ramona Was a Waitress” and “Morningless.” The touring cycle for Everything Is True took him around Australia with his own material, and a performance at the Corner Hotel was documented on Live at the Corner. He returned to Australian clubs and theatres following the release of Strange Loop, performing those songs with a backing band on the Strange Loop Tour.
