Petey USA in Los Angeles

Petey USA is the project of American singer-songwriter and comedian Peter Martin, who plays indie rock shaped by emo and synth-pop. The 2021 album Lean Into Life introduced songs including “Don’t Tell the Boys” and its title track, while USA extended the project’s mix of guitars, keyboards and direct storytelling. He toured North America as an opening act for Manchester Orchestra, then performed at Lollapalooza in Chicago in 2022. He subsequently moved into headlining club and theatre dates under the Petey USA name. At headline shows, Peter Martin sings and plays guitar and keyboards as part of a live band.
