Artists
Phoebe Bridgers is an American singer-songwriter, born in Pasadena in 1994, whose music draws on indie rock and folk. She is known for the albums Stranger in the Alps and Punisher, and for songs including “Motion Sickness,” “Kyoto” and “I Know the End.” She is also a member of boygenius alongside Julien Baker and Lucy Dacus. The Reunion Tour began in 2021 in support of Punisher, taking her through theatres and outdoor venues in North America and Europe. She performed at Coachella and Glastonbury in 2022, then opened selected dates on Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour in 2023, including shows at MetLife Stadium. Her headline concerts feature a full band, whose members have frequently appeared in matching skeleton suits. Drummer and longtime collaborator Marshall Vore has been part of that live lineup.
Alex G is an American singer-songwriter and guitarist from the Philadelphia area who makes lo-fi indie rock and folk-leaning songs. His home-recorded early catalog includes the albums Trick and DSU, while Rocket, House of Sugar and God Save the Animals brought his writing into fuller band arrangements. “Sarah,” “Mary” and “Runner” are among his best-known songs. In 2021, Alex G played a three-night run at Union Transfer. Shows behind God Save the Animals moved to the larger Franklin Music Hall in 2022, and in 2023 he joined Alvvays for a co-headlining North American tour that included the Prospect Park Bandshell in Brooklyn.
