Rafa Sánchez is a Spanish pop-rock singer best known as the lead vocalist and a co-founder of the Madrid band La Unión. His voice is closely associated with the group’s songs “Lobo-hombre en París,” “Sildavia” and “Maracaibo.” Throughout his years in La Unión, Rafa Sánchez fronted the group’s tours, performing its catalogue in theatres, concert halls and at festivals. After leaving the band, he continued to perform under his own name, building his sets around La Unión material originally recorded with bassist Luis Bolín and guitarist Mario Martínez.
