Ray LaMontagne is an American singer-songwriter, born in Nashua, New Hampshire, in 1973. His music draws on folk, soul and rock, and he became known through the album Trouble and songs including “Trouble,” “Jolene” and “You Are the Best Thing.” God Willin’ & the Creek Don’t Rise, recorded with the Pariah Dogs, won the Grammy Award for Best Contemporary Folk Album. The 2016 Ouroboros Tour brought his psychedelic-leaning album of the same name to theatres with a full band. The 2017 Just Passing Through tour centered on acoustic performances, followed by the full-band Part of the Light Tour in 2018. He later returned to North American theatres on the 2022 Monovision Tour.

The Weather Station is a Canadian songwriting project led by Toronto musician Tamara Lindeman. Founded in 2006, it began in indie folk and expanded into art pop and folk rock on albums including Loyalty, The Weather Station and Ignorance; songs such as “Thirty” and “Robber” are central works in its catalogue. In 2021, The Weather Station performed with a full band at Pitchfork Music Festival in Chicago as Ignorance became the focus of its concerts. Headline dates in North American and European clubs and theatres followed, and the group performed at Glastonbury in 2022.
