Samuel Harfst is a German singer-songwriter who writes acoustic pop shaped by Christian faith and everyday experience. His best-known work includes the song “Das Privileg zu sein” and the albums Alles Gute zum Alltag and Schritt zurück. His live history began with street concerts in Mannheim and other German cities. In 2010, he and his band supported Whitney Houston on the German dates of the Nothing But Love World Tour.
