Sister Sadie is an American bluegrass band formed in Nashville in 2012 by Dale Ann Bradley, Tina Adair, Deanie Richardson, Gena Britt and Beth Lawrence. The group plays harmony-led bluegrass rooted in country and gospel, and is known for the albums Sister Sadie II, which received a Grammy nomination for Best Bluegrass Album, and No Fear. The group began with a one-night performance at Nashville’s Station Inn in 2012, and the response prompted the musicians to continue as a band. Sister Sadie made its Grand Ole Opry debut the following year.
