Skrillex in Seattle

Skrillex is the stage name of Sonny Moore, an American DJ and producer born in Los Angeles in 1988. After singing in the post-hardcore band From First to Last, he became known for bass-heavy electronic music through tracks including “Scary Monsters and Nice Sprites” and “Bangarang,” the album Recess, and his work with Diplo as Jack Ü. The 2011 Mothership Tour took his live show across North America, followed by the 2012 Full Flex Express, which carried a lineup including Diplo and Grimes across Canada by train and returned in 2015. He and Diplo brought Jack Ü to Madison Square Garden for a New Year’s Eve show in 2014. In 2023, he joined Fred again.. and Four Tet to close the main stage at Coachella.
