Smash Mouth is an American rock band formed in San Jose in 1994. Their pop-rock sound, colored by ska and garage rock, became widely known through “Walkin’ on the Sun,” “All Star” and their cover of “I’m a Believer,” as well as the albums Fush Yu Mang and Astro Lounge. Smash Mouth joined the Vans Warped Tour in 1997 as “Walkin’ on the Sun” brought the band a wider audience. In 2013, they performed on the inaugural Under the Sun tour alongside Sugar Ray, Gin Blossoms, Vertical Horizon and Fastball.
