King Solomon Hicks in Blawnox

King Solomon Hicks is an American blues guitarist, singer and songwriter born in 1995 in Harlem, New York. His music draws on electric blues, blues rock and funk, and his album Harlem includes “What the Devil Loves” and “421 South Main.” At 13, he began performing at Harlem’s Cotton Club and later became its lead guitarist. He subsequently took his own music to Joe Bonamassa’s Keeping the Blues Alive at Sea cruise and the New York State Blues Festival.
