Soviet Suprem in Seyssinet-Pariset

Soviet Suprem is a French satirical music duo created by R.wan of Java and Toma Feterman of La Caravane Passe. They perform comic rap shaped by hip-hop, electronic dance music, Balkan rhythms and chanson. Their records include L’Internationale, Marx Attack and Made in China, while “Rongrakatikatong” and “Bolchoï” are among the songs associated with the project. After L’Internationale appeared in 2014, Soviet Suprem toured through French clubs and festivals; Marx Attack prompted another run of concerts in 2018. The live act places its invented political characters at the centre: R.wan performs as Sylvester Staline and Toma Feterman as John Lénine.
