Teresa Salgueiro Tickets & 2026–2027 Tour Dates

Teresa Salgueiro is a Portuguese singer born in Lisbon in 1969. She became known as the voice of Madredeus, performing with the group from its formation in 1987 until 2007. Her recordings with them include the albums O Espírito da Paz and Ainda, as well as songs such as “O Pastor” and “Haja O Que Houver”; her later work under her own name includes O Mistério.

Teresa Salgueiro spent two decades touring internationally with Madredeus. She sang at the Olympia in Paris and brought the group’s Portuguese chamber-folk repertoire to the Royal Albert Hall in London. Madredeus also performed at Carnegie Hall in New York during her tenure.
