The Green are an American reggae band formed on Oahu, Hawaii, in 2009. They play contemporary Hawaiian reggae shaped by roots reggae and pop-rock songwriting. Their best-known recordings include “Love I,” “Love & Affection” and “All I Need,” while the albums Hawai‘i ’13 and Marching Orders broadened their catalogue. In 2014, The Green opened for Bruno Mars at Neal S. Blaisdell Arena in Honolulu during his homecoming shows. They have since made repeated appearances at the California Roots Music and Arts Festival in Monterey, and their full-band concerts have also reached Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Morrison.
