The Rolling Stones in Ponte Vedra Beach

The Rolling Stones are a British rock band formed in London in 1962, rooted in blues, rhythm and blues, and rock and roll. The songwriting partnership of Mick Jagger and Keith Richards produced songs including “(I Can’t Get No) Satisfaction,” “Paint It, Black” and “Jumpin’ Jack Flash.” Key albums include Beggars Banquet, Let It Bleed and Exile on Main St. The 1981 American Tour placed the band in stadiums and was documented in the concert film Let’s Spend the Night Together. The Voodoo Lounge Tour took them back to stadiums in 1994 and 1995, and A Bigger Bang extended that touring model through the mid-2000s. Their later concert history included the No Filter Tour, which ran between 2017 and 2021. Chicago received repeat visits on the band’s American stadium tours, while New York hosted them at Madison Square Garden across several eras. Los Angeles also hosted their arena and stadium concerts in multiple decades.
