About thrown
thrown are a Swedish metalcore and hardcore band formed in Stockholm in 2019. Their music uses low-tuned riffs, abrupt rhythmic shifts and elements of nu metal; the EP Extended Pain, the album Excessive Guilt and tracks including “on the verge” and “backfire” established their recorded catalog.
In 2023, thrown toured European clubs on Fit for a King’s The Hell We Create Tour, which also featured Emmure and The Gloom in the Corner. Later that year, the band crossed North America alongside Void of Vision and Aviana as support for Invent Animate on the Heavener Tour.
