Violent Soho are an Australian alternative rock band formed in 2004 in Mansfield, a suburb of Brisbane. Their grunge-heavy guitar sound is heard across albums including Hungry Ghost and Everything Is A-OK, and in songs such as “Covered in Chrome” and “Like Soda.” Violent Soho toured Australia behind Waco in 2016. In 2022, they played the No Sleep Til Mansfield concerts at Fortitude Music Hall before beginning a hiatus. They have also performed at Splendour in the Grass and Groovin the Moo.
