Wizo is a German punk rock band formed in Sindelfingen in 1986 by Axel Kurth, Jörn Genserowski and Jochen Bix. Its catalogue includes the albums UUAARRGH! and Herrenhandtasche, the songs “Raum der Zeit” and “Quadrat im Kreis,” and a punk version of Ace of Base’s “All That She Wants.” In 2005, Wizo ended its original run with a farewell tour and a final concert in Sindelfingen. The band reunited in 2009 and returned to the stage at Ruhrpott Rodeo, beginning another period of club concerts and festival appearances.
