About Zero Assoluto
Zero Assoluto are an Italian pop duo formed in Rome in 1999 by Matteo Maffucci and Thomas De Gasperi. They are known for melodic pop songs including “Semplicemente,” “Svegliarsi la mattina” and “Per dimenticare,” as well as the albums Appena prima di partire and Sotto una pioggia di parole.
In 2006, Zero Assoluto performed at the Sanremo Music Festival and returned to the competition the following year. Both appearances took place at Teatro Ariston.
