A$AP Rocky is an American rapper born Rakim Mayers in Harlem, New York, in 1988. A member of the A$AP Mob collective, he became known through the 2011 mixtape Live. Love. A$AP and followed it with the albums Long. Live. A$AP, At. Long. Last. A$AP and Testing. His best-known tracks include “Peso,” “Purple Swag,” “Fuckin’ Problems” and “Praise the Lord (Da Shine).” Schoolboy Q and Danny Brown opened selected dates on his 2012 Long Live A$AP Tour across North America. He joined Rihanna for the North American leg of the Diamonds World Tour in 2013, then co-headlined the Rocky and Tyler Tour with Tyler, the Creator in 2015. He returned to headlining in 2019 on the Injured Generation Tour. In Stockholm, he returned to the Ericsson Globe for a concert in December 2019. He later headlined Rolling Loud California at Hollywood Park in Inglewood in 2023.
