Aaron Tippin in Rockmart

Aaron Tippin is an American country singer and songwriter, born in Pensacola, Florida, in 1958 and raised in South Carolina. He made his recording debut with “You’ve Got to Stand for Something” and is also known for “There Ain’t Nothin’ Wrong with the Radio,” “Kiss This” and “Where the Stars and Stripes and the Eagle Fly.” In 1990, he traveled to the Persian Gulf to perform for American service members during the Gulf War. He later made further USO visits to Iraq and Afghanistan, while his civilian concert work included the recurring Roots & Boots shows with Sammy Kershaw and Collin Raye.
