Achille Lauro in Bologna

Achille Lauro is an Italian singer and rapper, born in Verona in 1990, whose music ranges across trap, hip-hop, pop and rock. Albums including Pour l’amour and 1969 established that range, while “Rolls Royce,” “Me ne frego,” “16 marzo” and “Domenica” became central songs in his catalogue. At the Sanremo Music Festival, he competed with “Rolls Royce” in 2019 and “Me ne frego” in 2020, then returned as a guest in 2021 for a sequence of staged musical tableaux. He represented San Marino at the 2022 Eurovision Song Contest in Turin with “Stripper.” Later that year, the Achille Lauro Superstar – Electric Orchestra production reached Rome’s Circo Massimo, presenting his songs in arrangements for band and orchestra.
